When you click a product on our site, you're taken to eBay.com where you purchase directly from an eBay seller. That means all returns, refunds, and order issues are handled by eBay and the seller — not by us.

Return windows vary by seller. Common return windows are 30 days or 60 days from delivery. Check the listing for the exact timeframe.
Refund options include a full refund, replacement, or exchange — depending on what the seller's policy allows.
Return shipping may be free or paid by the buyer, depending on the reason for the return and the seller's policy. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, return shipping is typically covered by the seller.

How to Start a Return on eBay

If you need to return something you bought through an eBay link on our site, here's the process:

Go to your eBay Purchase History

Select your reason for the return

Choose why you're returning the item. Depending on the seller's return policy, you may be connected with the seller directly to arrange the return.

Ship the item back

eBay will provide a packing slip and shipping label. Pack the item in its original condition and ship it back. Once the seller receives it, your refund will be processed.

Restored to like-new condition by the manufacturer or a manufacturer-approved vendor. Includes a minimum 2-year warranty, free shipping, and free returns. These products go through rigorous inspection and testing.

Excellent Refurbished

Restored to like-new condition by qualified sellers. Includes a minimum 1-year warranty, free shipping, and free 30-day returns. Products are professionally inspected, tested, and cleaned.

Very Good / Good Refurbished

May show minor cosmetic signs of use but are fully functional. These typically include a 1-year warranty and free returns. Great for maximizing savings when cosmetics aren't a priority.

You're covered

eBay's Money Back Guarantee means you get the item you ordered, or your money back. If an item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn't match the listing description, eBay will step in and ensure you receive a full refund. Tips Before You Buy

To make sure you have the best experience with refurbished purchases:

Check the return policy on every listing before purchasing. Look for the return window (30 or 60 days) and whether free returns are offered.
Look for "Certified Refurbished" or "Excellent Refurbished" badges — these offer the strongest warranties and return policies.
Read the item description carefully. Make sure you know exactly what's included (accessories, cables, etc.) and the condition grade.
Note the shipping deadline if you need to make a return — returns must be initiated within the seller's return window.
Keep the original packaging if possible, in case you need to return the item. Items should be returned in the same condition you received them.
