Yes. The app and website are completely free. No accounts, subscriptions, ads, or sponsored placements. We earn a small affiliate commission when you complete a purchase on a retailer's site, which is what keeps Refurbished.Deals free.
No. Refurbished.Deals is a deal-discovery tool. We show prices from multiple retailers and certified refurbishers. All purchases, payments, warranties, shipping, and returns are handled by the seller you choose.
Certified Refurbished — Restored by the manufacturer or an authorized vendor to like-new condition. 2-year warranty. Looks and performs like new.
Excellent — No visible wear. 1-year warranty.
Very Good — Minimal wear. 1-year warranty.
Good — Noticeable cosmetic wear, fully functional. 1-year warranty.
Every refurbished purchase includes a seller warranty (1 or 2 years depending on grade). If the device fails within the warranty window, the seller handles the replacement or refund directly. You're also protected by the marketplace's buyer guarantee for up to 30 days after delivery.
Pull down on the Deals screen to refresh. The app caches listings for a few minutes to reduce data usage. If prices still look off after refreshing, force-quit the app or email us and we'll take a look.
